Features of construction :

The design philosophy of JF Dry Heat Sterilizer assures the improved technique of reduction of bacterial level, sterilization and de-pyrogenation by Dry Heat process for Pharma industries. These equipment have been designed to work at a maximum working temperature upto 250⁰ C.

Doors Duly insulated doors with silicon gasket for positive sealing. Proper door locking with cam operate mechanism Positive door interlocking of doors with pneumatically operated cylinders to prevent simultaneous opening of both doors. Process door lock to prevent opening of doors when process is 'ON'. Heat  Special tubular SS 304 / SS 316 air heaters for particles free operation. Air circulation The efficiency of DRY HEAT process depends on velocity and the suitably designed circulation pattern. The air flowing through the chamber is distributed uniformly with the help of perforated wall having fixed opening. Specially designed motor mounting arrangement to lower down vibrations and sounds level. Dynamically balanced SS 304 / SS 316 impellers. The pressure module with pre filter and HEPA filter to ensure fresh filtered air entry - inside the chamber. HEPA filter located on exhaust to prevent any back flow of air that may cause contamination of load. (Optional) Special air flow technique ensure over pressure throughout the cycle for 100 % sterile integrity.

Accessories

• Trolleys : SS 304 / SS 316 for transfer of carriages between working areas.
• Carriages : Fabricated from SS 304 / SS 316 and are designed to ensure maximum penetration of the sterilizing medium with optimum utilization of  space.
• Cooling Coil : Fabricated from SS 304 / SS 316 finned tube to ensure rapid cooling of product to desire temperature.
• Process Controls : JF Dry Heat Sterilizer are PLC / microprocessor controlled. The microprocessor is easy to operate and offer automatic cycles, digital readouts of all parameters. Circular / strip chart recorders, data logger with printers.  Semiautomatic control panel are also available.
